INGREDIENTS:
Poha---1 cupGreen chilies---3No's
Tomato---1 No
Onion---small one
Coriander Leaves---5No's
Mustard seeds---1 table spoon
Jeera---1 table spoon
Chanadal---1 table spoon
Curry Leaves---4No's
Turmeric---1/2 teaspoon
Oil---2 table spoon
Lemon juice---1/2 spoon
Ground Nuts---10 No's
Salt---to taste
1.Take a pan and add 2 spoons of oil.Add mustard seeds and let them crackle,add jeera,chanadal,curry leaves.add ground nuts and fry them.
2.Now add chopped onions,green chilies,tomatoes and fry them on a low flame.add turmeric,salt to taste.fry them nicely.
3.Take one cup of poha and soak it into water for 4min.do not soak them much because they become very messy.
4.Remove the water and drain the saoked poha.
5.Add the poha to the above frying mixture and mix well.let them fry for 5min.
6.Finally,sprinkle lemon juice on it and garnish with coriander leaves.Serve Hot:)
