Banana Halwa




INGREDIENTS:

  • Bananas - 4
  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • Ghee - 1 tbsp
  • cardamons - 4

PREPARATION METHOD:

  1. Peel and mash the bananas.
  2. Pour ghee into a nonstick pan, add the mashed bananas and roast for 10 min.
  3. Add the sugar and roast for another 10 min.
  4. Add the crushed cardamons.
  5. Take off the pan from stove and transfer the halwa into the greased plate.
  6. Spread and cut into squares or diamond shapes
